Pastor Robert G. Edwards, II is a native of Houston, Texas, where his faith journey began at the young age of seven, when he accepted Christ while watching a film about Jesus. He has since dedicated his life to serving the Lord and sharing the Gospel. Robert has been married to his beloved wife, Temia Dawn, since December 10, 2005, and together they are the proud parents of two children, Jude Michael and Gabrielle Simone.

Pastor Edwards’ academic achievements reflect his commitment to deepening his theological understanding. He holds an Associate’s and Bachelor’s degree in Bible and Theology and Christian Leadership from the College of Biblical Studies-Houston. He also earned a Master’s in Theology, with specializations in New Testament and Historical Theology, from Dallas Theological Seminary. Currently, he is pursuing a Ph.D. in Christian Preaching at Anderson University (SC).

With a public Christian preaching ministry that began at the age of 17, Pastor Edwards has served in various capacities, including Interim Pastor in Houston and Director of Christian Education for a 3,500-member ministry in Decatur, GA. Most notably, he revitalized Mount Gilead Church in Atlanta, GA, during his eight-year tenure as Senior Pastor.

Pastor Edwards believes every human is created in the image of God (Imago Dei) and is worthy of respect and love. His core ministry conviction is that true fulfillment comes only through a relationship with the Triune God, revealed in Jesus Christ.

David "Chip" Lawson has been a cornerstone of the North Dallas Community Bible Fellowship leadership team since 1994. With over three decades of dedicated service, Chip’s journey at NDCBF has spanned several vital roles, including Minister of Music, Administrative Director, Pastor of Worship, and Executive Pastor of Administration.

Born and raised in Alexandria, Louisiana, Chip was active in the church from an early age as a musician. This early calling to ministry led him to serve congregations across Louisiana, California, Ohio, Kansas, and Texas, providing him with a broad perspective on the diverse needs of the body of Christ.

Currently serving as the Executive Pastor of Church Operations, Chip leverages an engineering and management background to help orchestrate the logistical and structural functions of the ministry. This technical expertise has been pivotal to the church's growth; Chip has led the efforts to relocate, build, and renovate four NDCBF church facilities across Richardson and Plano, Texas. His ability to bridge the gap between complex project management and spiritual ministry ensures that the church’s physical footprint effectively supports its mission.

Chip’s foundation is rooted in his faith in Jesus Christ, a commitment he made as a college student. This spiritual bedrock has informed his 48-year marriage to his college sweetheart, Linda. Together, they represent a legacy of stability, devotion, and service to the Kingdom.

Beyond his operational expertise, Chip is known for his commitment to mentoring the next generation of church leaders and his disciplined approach to stewardship and excellence.

Pastor Kelvin Foley has been a dedicated North Dallas Community Bible Fellowship member since January 4, 2016, where he serves as the Pastor of Member Care & Comfort. His commitment to pastoral care and community support has been a hallmark of his ministry.

Before joining North Dallas Community Bible Fellowship, Pastor Foley spent 16 years at Prestonwood Baptist Church, where he held various roles, culminating in his position as Assistant Pastor for his last six years. His extensive experience in ministry is complemented by his service as a US Marine, reflecting his dedication to both faith and country.

Pastor Foley earned his Master of Arts in Religion from Liberty Theological Seminary and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Communication Arts from Texas A&M University-Commerce. His educational background and practical experience are evident in his active leadership within the Dallas/Ft. Worth Metroplex. He currently serves on the boards of the Eldred McClean Counseling Center and Elevate Your Game, a youth character development organization.

He and his lovely wife, Brenda, are devoted to spreading the Glorious Gospel of Jesus Christ until there is no more breath in their lungs.
